Submissions
General and Associate ASMP members can submit:
- Text Description about you and your business. (Limit 50 words).
- Up to Six Images: 300 pixels on the longest dimension @ 72 dpi, Jpeg Format, 50K or less after saved, name the files "yourname#.jpg", sRGB Color Space.
One image per file and no added logos or text other than a copyright notice is permitted on your #1 image (which will appear at random on the home page and throughout ASMPphilly.com).
The other five images can contain a logo or layout (e.g. magazine or book cover). You must have permission to reproduce any copyrighted material.
- Select up to six specialties from these categories:
Advertising Fashion People Aerial Fine Art Portrait Architecture Food Product Automotive Industrial Public Relations Corporate Landscape Sports Digital Location Still Life Editorial Marine Stock »» You must submit your specialties in order to appear in an ASMPphilly.com "Search by Specialty".
- Member Name, e-mail, phone, and town are automatically listed with the information you submit.

- Portfolios are a FREE benefit of your membership in ASMP/Philadelphia. Affiliate Members are not eligible for a portfolio on ASMPphilly.com.
- You can submit new images twice a year for free during the ASMP Philadelphia Image Swap Months. Image swaps the rest of the year will cost $10 per image.
- ASMP cannot help you create your image file. We do not provide you with technical support.
- The Board of Directors of ASMP Philadelphia reserves the right to reject portfolio images and text based upon inappropriate content or quality.
